Not to be mistaken with the hard rock Renegade from the USA, who released a self-titled EP in 1986, or the Colorado band by the same name that had the song "Dark Tower" featured on the 1982 Colorado Rocks compilation.

Their style changed to progressive/alternative rock under the name Mas Optica, in which they released the 1993 album "Choose to See More" and demo tapes in 1991 and '94.
