Formed in August 1995. "Kekal" means "eternal" in Indonesian.
Jeff has been in the band since its formation, but kept his name secret in the early days to try to secure a record deal for a different band he was a member of at the time.
On August 12th, 2009 the band announced that all members left the band and that Kekal would continue as a "memberless band", but ...
