In 1998, Jason Suecof, Kevin Schremmer, and Shawn Greenlaw moved to Florida. In November 1999, Kevin moved back to Connecticut and formed Catalyst with Ryan Adams and Tony Espinoza.

Jason and Jordan Suecof later resurrected the band in Florida with a new lineup in 2003.
