S.D.I. stands for Satan's Defloration Incorporated. On the band's 2017 demo it also stood for Severe Deaf Individual.

The band also recorded tracks for a fourth album, which was never released. Some of these tracks appeared Battle Cry Records' 2005 reissues of S.D.I.'s back catalogue.
