Biography
Second generation Portuguese-American, his grandparents came to California from the Azores in the early 20th century.He was the vocalist of another iconic thrash metal band Testament, when it was still called Legacy, and left it in 1986 to join Exodus and himself proposed the Testament's legendary vocalist, Chuck Billy, as his replacement.

Brother of John Souza. Father of Cody Souza and Nick Souza.AC/DZ is an AC/DC tribute band.
In 2019, he started his own YouTube channel, Zetro's Toxic Vault, where he interviews musicians, mostly from Bay Area bands from back in the day and current bands as well. He started the channel because Exodus was not really doing anything and he needed to do something with his time.
