Emanon was a recording project that Reggie did in New Jersey in the '80s, before going to L.A. The material was used to demonstrate his guitar playing, but wasn't officially released. One of their recorded songs was "Dictators", which Ritchie DeCarlo played drums on. Each song (of which there were three or four) had a different vocalist.
