Fallon is an American singer, best known for his brief work with Anthrax and Skid Row. He moved to New Jersey with his family in 1980 and started playing in local bands; in 1984 he was contacted by Scott Ian to substitute Anthrax's vocalist Neil Turbin but he never recorded anything with them. Two years later Dave Sabo asked him to be the frontman of Skid Row, although he only recorded a demo ...


Fallon seldom used to be credited as Matt Frankel.

He married Debra Contillo in 1990 and had his only daughter one year later, Brittany Rene Fallon.
