Jaz Coleman is an English singer-songwriter and composer, best known as the lead singer of the post-punk/industrial rock band Killing Joke.


Coleman is also known for composing orchestral and soundtrack pieces.

His brother, Piers, is a theoretical physicist and professor at Rutgers University, specializing in condensed matter physics. They have collaborated on the concerto, Music of the Quantum, in 2003.
