Gary Moore

Gary Moore

Real/full name:
Robert William Gary Moore
58 (born Apr 4th, 1952)
Feb 6th, 2011
Died of:
Heart attack
Place of birth:
United Kingdom (Belfast, County Antrim, Northern Ireland)

In addition to his three brief tenures in Thin Lizzy, Gary Moore also enjoyed an extensive solo career.

Beginning with his "Still Got the Blues" album, Moore largely abandoned the hard rock style he had previously been known for to become a full-blown blues musician. At the time of his death in 2011, he had been touring the material from his 80s albums again and working on a Celtic rock album.

BBM also featured Jack Bruce.
