Biography
Bello is mainly known as the long-time bassist for Anthrax, having replaced prior bassist and founding member Dan Lilker in 1984. He took a break from the band in 2004 and was replaced by Joey Vera, but he returned one year later. During his time away from Anthrax, he briefly performed with Helmet. He has appeared on every Anthrax release since 1985.Trivia
Although Bello always uses his fingers while playing bass, he has used a pick on several Anthrax songs, including the videos for "Room for One More" and "Fueled".
