DiSanto was arrested for disorderly conduct on June 3rd, 2013 during the Scion Rock Fest in Memphis, Tennessee after allegedly dousing a protester of the festival in beer.

Two court documents, including a Temporary Protection from Abuse Order, were issued against DiSanto on June 11th, 2019, in connection with allegations of domestic abuse from his then-wife.
