Biography
Canadian-born drummer who has played with a number of punk bands.He started out as the original drummer for D.O.A. when he was just 13 years old. In 1982, he joined Black Flag. Although he never recorded an album with the band, a demo with Chuck was recorded and continues to make the rounds amongst Black Flag collectors.

In D.O.A., Chuck was replaced on drums by his brother, Keith "Dimwit" Montgomery. Allegedly, Chuck departed after he and Dimwit had argued over how a drum part should be played.
