Trivia
There's an hoax about his death in 1992 (maybe he was confused with drummer Toni, also from B.O.2.). This error is even reproduced in the book "Historia del rock vasco: Edozein herriko jaixetan", although the author has stated in his blog that Satur Pardo told him Cece Mendieta was still alive.
