Biography
Brother of the late Criss Oliva, who was also a member of Avatar/Savatage.Trivia
Released a solo album titled "Raise the Curtain" in 2013.According to Jon Oliva in an interview in May 2023, he auditioned for Black Sabbath around the time of the "The Eternal Idol" album to replace Ray Gillen. He recorded demos for that album like "The Shining" and "Ancient Warrior," and for other songs like "N.I.B." and "War Pigs", but lost the job to Tony Martin.
