Biography
Donockley is an English composer and multi-instrumentalist, mostly known for his playing of Uilleann pipes. He has worked with Nightwish from 2007 to 2013, when he was called into the band as a full-time member, together with their new vocalist Floor Jansen.Trivia
Has released three solo albums, "The Unseen Stream" (1998), "The Pursuit of Illusion" (2003) and "The Madness of Crowds" (2009), as well as a compilation, "Messages, a collection of music 1998-2011" (2015).Has recorded as a session musician with Roy Harper, Midge Ure, Del Amitri, Alan Stivell, Status Quo, Mostly Autumn and Magenta.
