Tracks 1 and 2 recorded and mixed on 14 December 2006 in Studio 5 at PBS 106.2 FM (Collingwood, Melbourne).
Track 3 recorded and mixed on 24 May 2006 in Studio 5 at PBS 106.2 FM (Collingwood, Melbourne).

Disc two:
Track 1 recorded live at Pony (Melbourne) on 30 October 2004.
Track 2 recorded live at 161 (Prahran, Melbourne) on 11 November 2004.
