- Famous for the Pushead artwork of Ronald Reagan. The drawing was originally supposed to have been Charles Manson with a swastika on his forehead, but it was changed without Pushead's approval.
- The first pressing came with white inner label and lyric sheet.
- The second pressing came with orange labels w/large diameter stamper ring and
lyric insert.
- The third pressing had orange center labels, small stamper ring and was issued with an insert.
- No catalog number appears on the release, however CF 1000 is taken from the run-off dead wax.
