Debut recording for Dave "Hellstorm".
in 2001 Plastic Head Distribution reissued the album with "Threshold of the Usurper" in an UNAUTHORIZED version-the band urges people to not buy this version.
Also, according to the band Necropolis Records never paid the cover artist for his work!
