The spoken dialogue in "And When He Falleth" is from the 1964 film The Masque of the Red Death, based on the same titled Edgar Allan Poe story. It combines excerpts from three different scenes. The voices are Vincent Price and Jane Asher's.

"A Rose for the Dead" is the bonus track on the Japanese edition.

"A Rose for the Dead" and "And When He Falleth (remix)" are bonus tracks for the Brazilian edition.
