Jewel case is sheathed by a velum O-card. Expansive 24 page booklet with velum cover and specially coated heavy-weight paper.
In October 2009, also released on 2xLP 180 gm black vinyl in deluxe packaging comprising a heavyweight cardboard 'tip-on' sleeve containing two printed inner sleeves and a fold-out 'poster' of the lyrics and credits. The package is then contained within a printed vellum dust jacket, all in a poly bag.
Purchasers direct from the Southern Lord website could also buy the vinyl as part of a package deal including a 'Monoliths & Dimensions' turntable slipmat, canvas bag and poster, and Sunn O))) earplugs.
The song "Alice" is dedicated to Alice Coltrane.
