The cover artwork is a picture of San Salvador's cathedral up in flames, circa 1932.
"Holy Serpent" is not the actual title of this demo, just a nickname given to it by the band. The original title was "Sulphure EP"; although the intention was to release it as a demo.
The legend "Only true believers will survive the Storm of Evil" - (Gylve Nagel) can be read on the inlay.
