Trivia:
- The vinyl and cassette versions do not feature "Human Guinea Pig", making it a bonus track on the CD version.
- Although Jon Nelson never played on this album, and had left Suicidal Tendencies a few years before it was released, he had originally co-written "War Inside My Head", "Human Guinea Pig", and "You Got, I Want". He had reportedly traded the rights for "War Inside My Head" for a Flying V guitar after he left the band, and as a result, he was not credited for the songs he co-wrote. "Human Guinea Pig", and "You Got, I Want", instead of including direct credits for Nelson, were ultimately credited as "written by Suicidal Tendencies".
- The album peaked at #100 on the Billboard 200.

The exact date of release for this album is unknown, with some sources indicating it was released on June 9th, 1987. However, this date seems to be inaccurate, as Billboard.com claims the album first charted on May 23rd, 1987, meaning it was released in either late April or early May of that year.
