- 4000 black

All songs written by S.O.D.

"This record is dedicated to my Uncles Vinny Malassa and George Goebel. And to my friends Charlie Smith, Dino McTaggart, Raybeez and Big Charlie Hawkins. Missed but not forgotten".

"Every Tiny Molecule" listed as "Every Tiny Molecule (We All Eat Shit)" in the booklet.

Notes:
- Cover design is based on Iron Maiden's The Number of the Beast, and its title is a play on words by John Lennon proclaiming the Beatles were "bigger [more popular] than Jesus Christ";
- "Celtic Frosted Flakes" is a reference to the Celtic Frost;
- Seasoning the Obese" is a reference to the Slayer song/album Seasons in the Abyss;
- "Aren't You Hungry?" was written by S.O.D., but first performed by M.O.D. on the album U.S.A. for M.O.D., 1987;
- The Intro/Outro riff used for the song "Aren't You Hungry?" is the same of the Anthrax's song "Imitation of Life", off the album Among the Living;
- "L.A.T.K.C.H." stands for: "Limp Against the Korn Chamber Head";
- "Ballad of Michael H." dedicated to Michael Hutchence (INXS vocalist). R.I.P.: January 22, 1960 - November 22, 1997;
- "Ballad of Phil H." dedicated to comedian Phil Hartman. R.I.P.: September 24, 1948 - May 28, 1998.
