The Gates of Slumber were considered for the split but couldn't make it in time. Solstice replaced them.
At first Spiritus Mortis' contribution was going to be a demo version of "Flames". "Sweet Oblivion" was used instead.
Griftegård's "Pagan Altar Cometh" is a tribute to Pagan Altar.
Recording information:
Reverend Bizarre:
Recorded in two rehearsal rooms and a basement with digital 8-trackers and a minidisc player. Mixed March 2003 - April 2005, Era Vulgaris.
Upwards of Endtime:
Recorded live in the studio at the Gallery Studios Hartford CT 2003. Originally recorded under the name Lepus for the Myths of Man demo.
Griftegård:
Recorded, mixed and mastered in July 2005 at Steam Engine Studios, Norrköping.
Solstice:
Recorded 1996 at Never Again Studios. Originally written and performed by Discharge.
Spiritus Mortis:
Recorded in their very own "Super Evil 6666" Studios. Taken from 2001 Forward to Battle demo. The band considered the song (all songs on that demo, in fact) "too up-tempo".
Tortured Spirit:
Recorded in August 2004 during the Broken Soul sessions.
