- Pro-printed, glossy, three-panel cover & clear pro-printed cassette with on-shell red printing.
- According to a 1995 interview, the first pro-tape version was limited to 350 copies, which sold out in 1995, when they made 100 new copies of a 2nd version of different pro-tapes (with handmade covers).
- 400 total pro-printed covers were made originally, with 50 being set aside initially for their self-produced Promotional/Advance copies. If all 50 covers were actually used for promos and sent out is unknown. It is likely some covers ended up unused and there are less than 50 complete Promo Tape/Photo/Paper Ad copies made.
