"Jerusalem" consists of one 52-minute song which is split into 6 parts on the TMC release:

Part 3: 9:01
Part 4: 10:28
Part 5: 5:45
Part 6: 9:01

There are several versions of the album:

- The promo version by London Records (different cover).
- The "official bootleg" version by the band's own label, Dopesmoker Records (different cover).
- The official version by Rise Above Records who bought the rights from out-of-order London Records (the one long track was split into 6 parts on this version).
- The US version by Earache Records (licensed from Rise Above).
