Tracks 1-8 were recorded on February 9th, 1986 at Futuresound, Toronto. Mixed February 16th, 1986 at Futuresound.
Tracks 18-21 were recorded during the Strappado sessions but not included on the original album (except "Maim to Please" which was a bonus on the cassette version).
