"F.O.D. (Fuck of Death)" is a reference to the short while Chuck Schuldiner was in the band.
The four extra tracks ("Maim to Please", "One Foot in the Grave", "Tyrant of Hell", and "Death Dealer") were recorded during the Strappado sessions but not included on the original album (except 'Maim to Please' which was a bonus track on the cassette version).

Recorded on February 9th, 1986 at Futuresound, Toronto.
Mixed on February 16th, 1986 at Futuresound.
Remastered by Alexander Krull at Mastersound, Marbach, Germany in May 2001.
