Trivia:
- Paulo Xisto is credited as bassist on the album, but didn't record the bass. Bass duties were handled by both Andreas Kisser and Max Cavalera.
- "Slaves of Pain" is a cover of a song by Andreas Kisser's former band, Pestilence, with different lyrics.
- Roadrunner Records had originally commissioned different artwork for the album cover, but they ended up giving it to Obituary for their Cause of Death album.
