Some CD editions have a "hidden track zero" (track 1 pregap accessible by rewinding the CD from the start) adapting "Kjærlighet fra Gud" ("Love from God", J.N.L. Schørring's 1854 hymn on the melody of H.S. Thompson's 1852 ballad "Lilly Dale") for choir, with industrial-sounding overlay.
A CD player would start track 1 on "Tied in Bronze Chains".
