The very first Saints of Pain demo, released before the beginning of Sloth

Pro-printed covers on cloud-pattered cardstock. The printed tracklist in the inlay shows it to be a 4 song demo ("Slow Song Sad, "The Rotting", "Ball Peen Aphrodisiac" and "Uncomfortable", but shortly before release another song, "Happiness" was recorded and *Extra Track was handwritten onto the inlays.

Cassettes are pro-but unlabeled and unprinted, instead written on directly by the band in gold marker. The A-side says the bands name and the first 2 titles, while the B side lists the rest of the titles, including "Happiness" with the star before it (nothing it as the above-stated extra track).

The artwork continues in the inlay.

Instead of sides A and B there are two known variants on how sides are labelled. Some copies have the sides labelled with Roman Numeral 10's drawn by the band in place of letters or numbers (Side A being "X" and Side B being "XX", both with lines above and below as proper Roman Numerals. Some other copies, instead, have the sides simply labeled "Heads" (for the A-Side) and "Tails" (for the B-Side).
