limited special-edition comes in an A5 Digibook with a bonus poster limited to 300 copies.
The cover depicts a sculpture by Danish artist Anne Marie Carl Nielsen named "Egil Skallegrimssøn rider hjem med sin druknede Søns Lig" (Egil Skallagrimsson rides home with the body of his drown son), a work dating from 1889 and illustrating one of the last episode of "Egils Saga Skalla-Grímssonar" (The Saga of Egil Skallagrimsson), one of the most well-known Icelandic Saga.
The song "Sonatorrek" on the album is an English translation of the poem Egil composed in honor of his sons following their untimely death.
