This is the first album released after the band changed name to Rhapsody of Fire, and the second chapter of the "Dark Secret" saga.

IV. Nekron's Bloody Rhymes
V. Escape from Horror
The alternate subtitle of IV. is 'Nekron's Seventh Book' in the lyric sleeve.
