- Limited edition of 500 copies, with 150 copies on clear vinyl and 350 copies on black vinyl. Both editions issued with insert, A2 poster and housed in gatefold sleeve, however the clear vinyl edition also includes a woven patch.
- Tracks 1-4 taken from the 1985 Zerlad Music Enterprises-reissued Medieval Metal demo.
- Tracks 5-6 taken from the 1987 demo.
- Tracks 7-12 taken from undisclosed sources.
- Cat# on spine is Heavy Forces 027, while the cat# on the center labels is HFR 027.

- Recorded in 1988 at Overlorde SR Hall, Fayetteville, NC.

- Recorded live in 1985 at the Cellar Ballroom Concert Hall, Fayetteville, NC.
