I'a aem'nh s'ha-t'n consists of two different chants, both found on the Ceremony of the Nine Angles, a ritual attributed to Anton LaVey. I'a aem'nh stands for "Hail father" and s'ha-t'n for "Satan", hence, the correct spelling would be I'a aem'nh S'ha-t'n.
