"Four Dead in Ohio" is a tribute to Dimebag Darrell of Pantera, who was among 4 killed in a shooting at a concert he was playing in Ohio with Damageplan. The song title may also be a reference to the famous Neil Young lyric, which refers to an earlier incident where four students were killed in Ohio protesting the Vietnam war.
