This version of "Death to All" has its original lyrics, different then the lyrics it has on The Plot Sickens.
Original copies are extremely rare in recent years. Aside from the small number pressed in general, in 1990 between 45-55 unsold Burnt Offerings cassettes were recorded over in preparation for the release of Come Die With Us. First, in May 1990, on the very day recording was finished, around five copies were dubbed over with the complete raw unmixed tracks & the printed labels were written on with some information & the date. This was kind of test pressing of sorts, but never distributed to the public. Then in June another 40-50 original Burnt Offering cassettes were dubbed over with the completed final mix, had handwritten stickers placed over the song titles & had handwritten stickers made for the cases, creating the "Come Die With Us" Advance Promo.
Although the exact number of copies originally pressed is unknown, the already small pressing (believed to be around 200) was made even more scarce by the repurposing of these 50-60 copies. Also, of these 50-60, only the 5-10 Come Die With Us unmixed/raw test pressing copies were kept with a Burnt Offerings cover. What happened to the 40-50 extra covers from the copies used to make the Come Die With Us advance/promo is also unknown.
