The artwork is taken from the 1894 painting The Treasures of Satan by Belgian symbolist painter, writer, and occultist Jean Delville (1867-1953) and was also used in Hexenhaus's first album, A Tribute to Insanity (1988), and for Megadeth's 1999 split album with Less than Jake.
A music video was made for the song 'Blessed Are the Sick'.
