"Support Your Cleveland METAL!!"

Released in two separate runs with varying colors and inlays. The first one was 4 songs, the cover consisting of a black Midevil logo on a purple background. The second one has the same logo on the cover except with a red background and the words "Bonus Track Included!!" above the logo. This version includes a 5th song, and has an a modified inlay that includes the bonus track.

Both have 1-panel covers. The first version has its inner panel filled with a large blue stamp of the words "Support your Cleveland Metal!", with the bands logo, track info, lineup, credits, etc all printed on the inside of the folded parts of the cover (spine, etc). The 2nd version has all that info, plus the extra song info, printed on the full inside panel instead of the folded area.

Included on CD reissue of "Thee Almighty" on Heaven and Hell Records (2019).
