- Issued with 12" lyric insert.

- Walter Trachsler played rhythm guitar on this album but was not credited.
- According to Mike Borders, Robby Goodwin wrote the song "Biohazard" but was not credited.
- "Corpsegrinder" is not a Death cover. It was written by Rick Rozz when he was in Death and then re-recorded it with Massacre. However, Chuck Schuldiner claimed in interviews that he had written it.
- In a 1991 interview with Metal Forces magazine, Rick Rozz said that the album was initiated by Digby Pearson of Earache Records, who approached Kam Lee, who in turn got in contact with Rick. Rick started composing new material for the album, but they decided to use old demo songs instead, reportedly as fans who had heard them live wanted proper studio versions. The album was pre-produced with Joe Cangelosi and Butch Gonzalez, but as soon as Bill Andrews and Terry Butler left Death, Digby again suggested they play on the album instead.

A video was made for Chamber of Ages.

Recording information:

- Recorded March 1991 at Morrisound Recording, Tampa, Florida.
- Co-produced by Massacre.
