Though mentioned on both the back cover and the insert the LP version does not include "Trained to Kill".
On the tray liner of the original pressing the tracks are listed in the incorrect order but the correct listing is found on the actual disc. The reissue also has the incorrect listing.
Reissued by Rusty Diamond Records in 2005 with different cover artwork, a new layout, extra liner notes and the Nearer from Death demo as bonus tracks.
Reissued by Hellshop.eu on September 13th 2012 remastered in a digipak with different cover artwork and the same bonus tracks as the 2005 reissue limited to 500 copies.
