- Tracks 10 and 11 are not credited as "bonus" either on the back cover or on the disc (although both tracks were credited as such in the original 1991 first press CD release), only are credited as "bonus" (on the back cover and on the disc), the tracks 12, 13 and 14, which correspond to the 1991 EP "Ola de violencia".
- Track 01 listed as "Intro- Reqviem" on the back cover, and as "Intro/Reqviem" on the disc.
- Includes a 6-panel booklet with lyrics and pictures.
- 3 typos are present in the digipak: twice with the word "Remasterized" instead of Remastered, and once with the word "Recoded" instead of Recorded.

Recording information:

Tracks 1 to 11 (1991 full-length Reqviem), recorded at Midi Mix Studio in Medellin, Colombia on June, 1991.
Produced by Hervé Herbaut (Osmose Productions) and Masacre. All songs written by Masacre. The band dedicated this album to Dead from Mayhem.

Tracks 12 to 14 (1991 EP Ola de violencia), recorded and mixed at Midi Mix Studios in Medellin, Colombia on Wednesday May 9th, 1990.
Produced, music and lyrics by Masacre.

All tracks remastered at El Pez Studios in Medellin, Colombia on 2003.
