The album cover and title are inspired by Bruce Dickinson's "Tattooed Millionaire" album (1990), whose title song from that album would be directed at Nikki Sixx, due to Bruce's first wife being unfaithful to him with Nikki.
In turn, the main song of this album would be a response to Bruce, since Bruce himself has denied that "Tattooed Millionaire" is not directed at Nikki, but Nikki himself insists that this is true.
