Spectre General (tracks 5 and 8) is a name that was temporarily being used by Kick Axe. John Farnam's original 1984 version of "Nothin's Gonna Stand in Our Way", which they did a cover version of here, was featured on the soundtrack of the 1984 film Savage Streets (starring Linda Blair). The song "Hunger" was written by Spectre General, though it appeared here a year later than a version released by King Kobra on their "Ready to Strike" debut album.
