- Xeroxed light blue, three-panel cover & standard retail dubbing cassette.
- Band-issued promo for "label/zine use only".
- Unable to find a suitable replacement for Wallace Milton, drummer William Tolley filled the vocalist's role on the demo.
- In mid-track A1, a change in guitar tone noticeably occurs. Guitarist Anthony Miola was forced to change instruments when he dropped his guitar & broke its neck.
