The original recordings for the album were made before the highly-publicized split between Infernus, King ov Hell, and Gaahl; Regain Records chose to back Infernus and he went on to re-record the bass lines after the live sessions were done, thus deleting King's contribution to the album.
The legal issue over the band name forced Regain Records to pull back the album shortly after its release due to King and Gaahl's successful law suit preventing Regain to sell any more copies.
This album is dedicated to the memory of Jon Nödtveidt.

Recorded live in Grieghallen, Bergen 2007.
Engineered at Grieghallen Studios in Bergen and at Threeman Recordings in Stockholm.
All bass re-recorded at Threeman Recordings.
Mastered at Cutting Room in Stockholm.
