Trivia:
- Frankie Sparcello only played slap bass on track four. Jay Ceravolo played all the remaining bass duties.
- Some pressings feature minor misspellings of tracks one, four, and nine, and an incorrect runtime for track 4.
CD background is yellow, lettering and motive ("skull" from cover ) black. On the European version, the colors are used oppositional.
Reissued by Roadrunner Records on September 9th, 2003 as a part of Roadrunner's Two from the Vault series remastered along with Slaughter in the Vatican on 2 CDs.
