Elgibbor was moved from Sullen Records to Open Grave because of the popularity it received.
The illustration on CD is 'Empyrean' by Gustave Doré from Dante's 'Divine Comedy'.
Was also released (independently) as a free, two-part download from Mediafire, but the links for it have since expired.
