The whole album is a concept and is inspired by the TV series "The Prisoner".
The whole song is 66:06 long, the actual track is 38:48 minutes long the rest (26:20) minutes are filled with silence, except for the last 2 minutes, which is a version of "The Prisoner" theme song.
There are many editions of this album (the album has been re-released several times), some of them are specially hand-inscribed by Mr. Doctor, some include special booklet, boxes, different album covers and some are even limited to only 10 copies, and every copy has completely different inserts (depends on the edition).
