Same demo title, band members, and year of release, but has different artwork, and contains only 3 of the 7 songs included on the other version ("The Spell of the Moon," "Ugly as Sin," and "Corpse by Day"), and has the songs "A Taste of Mutant Hate" and "Consumed by the Flames" which are only on this version. Inlay specifies that it was recorded in the month of October 1989, the other version only stating the year. It is unknown if the 3 shared songs are from the same recording session.

Recording information:

Recorded at the Electric Plant in Brooklyn, New York, October 1989.
